The employees and management of Catholic Charities would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding products and
service provided by your organization. We have 4 of your water purification machines located at 2900 Louisiana, our central
program facility, and two other units at satellite locations here in Houston.
One of the most important aspects of your service as far as we are concerned is the distillation unit located in our AIDS
Ministry at 2900 Louisiana. It is vital that our clients get the purest water available because of their compromised immune
systems, and the distillation unit provides that level of purity.
It is also important to us that you all provide the filter maintenance service. Unfortunately, left to our own devices, we
are likely to forget or putt off maintenance- with Mirex providing the service we do not have to worry.
I'm glad we don't have to concern ourselves with storing heavy water bottles and the risk of injury that goes along with changing
those bottles. We also appreciate your friendly pricing and prompt attention to our service requests.
